This page allows users of the Zen Project & Expense Manage mobile app to request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.

This page is the official data deletion request mechanism for Zen Project & Expense Manage (package: com.fibrecom.zenodoo) as required by Google Play's Data Safety policy.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose:

Access to your Zen Project & Expense Manage account
All personal data associated with your account
Any saved preferences, history, or content

Processing time: Requests are typically completed within 30 days as required by law.

What Will Be Deleted

Deleted permanently:

Your account profile and credentials
Email address and personal information
App usage history and preferences
Any content you created within the app
Device information and tokens

May be retained (temporarily):

Transaction records (7 years for tax/legal compliance)
Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
Customer support correspondence (12 months)

Any retained data is kept only as required by law and is no longer associated with your personal identity.
