This page allows users of the Car Repair ERP mobile application to request permanent deletion of their account and associated workshop data.

Google Play Store Compliance

This page is the official data deletion request mechanism for Car Repair ERP (package: com.zendata.carrepair.erp) as required by Google Play's Data Safety policy.

Important

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose:

Access to your Car Repair ERP account
All work orders and service history
Vehicle intake records and customer data
Financial transactions and payment history
Commission records and staff assignments

Processing time: Requests are typically completed within 30 days as required by law. Business data retention may vary based on local tax regulations.

What Will Be Deleted

Deleted permanently:

Account profile and credentials
Work orders and service history
Customer and vehicle records
Financial transactions and payments
Parts inventory and consumption logs
Staff commission records
Analytics and reporting data

May be retained (temporarily):

Financial transaction records (7 years for tax compliance)
Anonymized operational analytics
Customer support correspondence (12 months)
Invoices (as required by tax authorities)

Any retained data is kept only as required by law and is no longer associated with your personal identity.
